In the first quarter of 2021, the shooter gaming category witnessed varied performances across the top five titles in the United Kingdom on unified platforms, as reported by Sensor Tower. Here's a look at how each game fared.

PUBG MOBILE from Tencent Mobile International Limited showed a peak in revenue at nearly $700K in mid-January, followed by fluctuations with a notable rise again in mid-March to about $700K. Downloads for the game saw a high at the start of the quarter with over 27K, decreasing over time but spiking to around 27K in mid-March. Weekly active users started at around 361K, dipping to approximately 309K by the end of the quarter.

Activision Publishing, Inc.'s Call of Duty®: Mobile experienced its revenue peak late in January at over $250K, with a general declining trend that picked back up towards the end of March to almost $200K. The game saw over 44K downloads in both the beginning and end of January, with a slight decline to around 30K downloads by the end of March. Active user numbers were strong, starting at over 541K and growing to close to 596K.

GARENA INTERNATIONAL I PRIVATE LIMITED's Free Fire: The Chaos showed a gradual increase in revenue, from around $66K at the end of December to almost $80K by late February, and then slightly decreasing to around $67K by the end of March. Downloads started at approximately 9K and saw a peak of almost 10K in early March, with weekly active users growing from around 152K to 179K over the quarter.

War Robots Multiplayer Battles by MY.GAMES B.V. had its revenue fluctuating, with a peak of over $55K in early February. The game's downloads had a high of over 6K in mid-February and ended the quarter with around 4K downloads. Active user counts saw a high of approximately 29K in mid-February but declined to about 25K by the end of March.

Lastly, Sniper 3D: Gun Shooting Games from Wildlife Inc showed a steady revenue with a slight peak at around $43K at the end of January. Downloads began at over 45K but saw a decline throughout the quarter, ending with about 23K. The game's active users saw a decrease from over 206K at the beginning of the quarter to around 158K by its end.
